There is a 1 (one) year warranty from the date of purchase on any Automatic Fisherman™ product. The warranty covers manufacturers' defects on the rod, reel, plastic Automatic Fisherman™ unit, and steel shaft. There is no return policy other than that based on manufacturers' defects of these items.

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please send an e-mail: kerry@automaticicefisherman.com or call: (920) 639-5555. You will be asked to send the broken item(s) via pre-paid freight to: Kerry Paulson, d/b/a Automatic Fisherman, LLC, 1048 Harwood Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54313. We will replace the broken item(s) and send them to you via UPS ground delivery.
